When is the RSVP deadline to confirm my attendance?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by May 1st so that we can have an accurate headcount.

What dates should I be in Brasov?

We recommend Friday, July 18th to Sunday, July 20th. This gives you time to transition into the celebratory spirit and join us for other weekend events (details on the Schedule of Events page).

Stefan and Leina plan to be in Brasov before and after the weekend, and would love to more time together if you're able to!

Where should we stay?

We've included a few recommendations on the Travel & Stay page.

How do I get to the wedding venue?

Exact address and potential shuttle schedules to be announced closer to the date.

When should I book accommodation and transportation?

We reserved dates for hotels until May 1st but the earlier you look, the more options you'll have. (details on the Travel page).

Trains should be booked a couple of weeks in advance.

Are gifts welcome?

Your presence is all we could ask for. If you wish to give a gift we would be grateful — please visit our Registry page.

Will it be a traditional Romanian wedding?

This won’t be a traditional Romanian ballroom-style wedding! We’re planning a relaxed gathering that prioritizes connection. The ceremony as well, will be a personal one — no priest or city hall official. More details on the Schedule of Events page.

How did you end up choosing Brasov?

It offers the perfect blend of charm and relaxation. The inviting streets, friendly locals and scenic mountain backdrop make for a bright, warm energy that we love! It offers a refreshing escape from the hustle of Bucharest, with a laid-back vibe and cooler weather too.

What should I wear—is there a dress code?

Nothing crazy fancy—Cocktail attire (inspiration)

Are kids welcome?

We adore your little ones! To help everyone fully relax and enjoy, we’re keeping the ceremony and reception mostly child-free, except for babies under 1 and our flower girl. For those traveling with kids, they’re welcome to join us at the pre and post-wedding gathering on Saturday.
