What should I wear, is there a dress code?

Nothing crazy fancy—Cocktail attire (inspiration)

Are gifts welcome?

Your presence is all we could ask for. If you wish to give a gift we would be grateful — please visit our Registry page.

What dates should I be in Brasov?

We recommend Friday, July 18th to Sunday, July 20th. This gives you time to transition into the celebratory spirit and join us for other weekend events (details on the Schedule of Events page).

Stefan and Leina plan to be in Brasov before and after the weekend, and would love to more time together if you're able to!

When should I book my train ticket?

Bucharest to Brasov train tickets can be purchased online 30 days in advance. During the summer they may sell out a week prior to the travel date.

Where should I stay, how do I get to the wedding venue?

All venues will be easily accessible from Brasov Old Town. Exact addresses to be announced closer to the date.

When should I book accommodation?

Places start getting booked out around May-June. We reserved some good options (with free cancellation) until July in case you don't find something suitable (details on the Travel page)

When is the RSVP deadline to confirm my attendance?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by May 1st so that we can have an accurate headcount.

Are kids welcome?

We adore your little ones! To help everyone fully relax and enjoy, we’re keeping the ceremony and reception mostly child-free, except for babies under 1 and our flower girl. For those traveling with kids, they’re welcome to join us at the pre and post-wedding gathering on Saturday.

Will it be a traditional Romanian wedding?

This won’t be a traditional Romanian ballroom-style wedding! We’re planning a relaxed gathering that prioritizes connection. The ceremony as well, will be a personal one — no priest or city hall official. More details on the Schedule of Events page.
